The moment you are in tension, you will loose your attention.... Then you are in total confusion and you will feel the irritation.... Then you will spoil the personal relation. ...Ultimately you won't get cooperation and your BP may rise to take precaution..... Then u may have to take the medication.
Instead, understand the situation and try to think about a solution..

Patience comes in three stages:
first,
one learns not to follow the baser self;
second,
one learns to content oneself with one's fate;
finally,
one surrenders oneself to the Master's will and
discovers within love and compassion, the greatest of all
achievements.
Friction causes heat,......
but it also smoothes away rough edges...
and creates something beautiful and precious...
Life always give us two sides..
Bad one and Good one..
Just take whatever given to us...

Since there's no way to get together with other people who share or reinforce that view and help you articulate it, you feel like an oddity, an oddball.....
So you just stay on the side and you don't pay any attention to what's going on.....
You look at something else..
Light up your face with gladness..
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tears..maybe ever so near..
That's the time, you must keep on trying..

I struggled hard.....
but didn't reap the fruits of my labors....

my ego n my heart were unified..
When the ego and the heart are united...

Thus i came to know the cause of my dilemma...

setelah beberapa lama kau akan mengerti perbedaan tipis antara menggandneg tangan , membelenggu jiwa.....
...dan kau mengerti bahwa cinta bukan bersandar dan teman bukan berarti aman....
dan...aku mulai mengerti bahwa ciuman bukanlah kontrak dan hadiah bukanlah janji.....
....dan aku mulai menerima kekalahan sambil mengangkat kepala dan membuka mata dengan kelapangan dada seorang dewasa.....bukan kesedihan seorang anak...!
........ ..dan aku belajar membangun semua jalanku hari ini,....karena hari esok sangatlah tak pasti...sulit direncanakan.....
setelah beberapa lama,....
.....aku mengerti bahwa sinar mentaripun akan membakarku jika berlebihan....
.....jadi,...aku menanami kebunku, hiasi hatiku....tidak menunggu orang lain membawa bunga untukku...
